Located on the edge of Tuatapere Township, this large-scale dairy operation combines scale, modern infrastructure, and well-balanced land use. The farm includes a 475-hectare milking platform supported by an additional 90 hectares, with two modern 54-bail rotary dairy sheds, multiple support buildings, and five dwellings. Currently milking around 1,200 cows, the property has benefited from recent investment in drainage, re-grassing, and laneway upgrades to enhance performance and sustainability.

The land offers an easy to rolling contour with some steeper areas, receiving approximately 1,200mm of annual rainfall. A diverse mix of soil types provides a strong foundation for productive farming, ranging from heavier silt loams to lighter, free-draining varieties.
